   本公司自主研发设计的UTA三合一传感器结构简单、尺寸小巧,将传统单通道TEV,UHF,AA传感器通过巧妙的设计,形成全新的多通道综合传感器,这种全新设计理念的传感器,可应用于各种复杂的局放现场监测,传感器通过磁性吸附到金属铠装开关设备的内表面,接入后端的测量设备进行处理传输(包含滤波、检波、调理、数字化,识别、远传),以便对运行中的电力设备进行在线或者巡检监测,其优势在于其创新的设计理念,而在实用性方面,也大大提高了检测效率,可更为精准的以多通道辅助测量来判断故障。
    局部放电(PD)是由于用户电气高压绝缘系统的缺陷,而发生的故障之一,用户需要局放测量来监控设备状况并避免故障。在开关设备发生局部放电信号时,通常为较宽的带宽电磁波,传播过程中通常会在金属柜体表面生成微弱的表面电流,由于表面材料不均匀性,会产生瞬间的接地电压,TEV传感器就是利用这一原理测量的放电信号。绝缘子、套管、母排和终端等内部设备,在表面放电时会产生振动,然后通过空气介质进行传播,而AA(空气超声)传感器正是使用这一原理来感应的局部放电信号。而UHF由于其自身的原理特性,可在测量时,感应环境中的电磁信号,从而进一步的帮助分析故障原因。
          The UTA three in one sensor independently developed and designed by our company is simple in structure and small in size. The traditional single channel TEV, UHF and AA sensors are ingeniously designed to form a new multi-channel integrated sensor. This sensor with a new design concept can be applied to various complex local discharge field monitoring. The sensor is magnetically adsorbed to the inner surface of metal armored switchgear, The measurement equipment connected to the back end is used for processing and transmission (including filtering, detection, conditioning, digitization, identification, remote transmission), so as to carry out online or patrol inspection and monitoring on the operating power equipment. Its advantage lies in its innovative design concept. In terms of practicality, it also greatly improves the detection efficiency, and can more accurately judge faults with multi-channel auxiliary measurement.
          Partial discharge (PD) is one of the faults that occur due to the defects of the user’s electrical high-voltage insulation system. The user needs to measure the partial discharge to monitor the equipment condition and avoid faults. When a partial discharge signal occurs in a switchgear, it is usually an electromagnetic wave with a wide bandwidth. During the transmission process, a weak surface current is usually generated on the surface of the metal cabinet. Due to the non-uniformity of the surface material, a transient grounding voltage will be generated. TEV sensor is the discharge signal measured using this principle. Internal equipment such as insulator, bushing, busbar and terminal will generate vibration during surface discharge and then transmit through air medium. AA (air ultrasonic) sensor is the partial discharge signal induced by this principle. Because of its own principle characteristics, UHF can induce electromagnetic signals in the environment during measurement, thus further helping to analyze the cause of failure.
